In the post-apocalypse world, a new society has risen phoenix-like from the ashes – born out of man’s primative past and the technology that was to be his nemesis. Ancient rituals have been renewed and where there is no money – man must barter for his trade – in Bartertown, a place where anything is subject to trade from a sip of water to a human life.
And in the centre of Bartertown is Thunderdome – acircus of justice where men must settle their differences in terrible mortal combat.
A newcomer has arrived in Bartertown, seeking his stolen possessions. They will be returned he is told in exchange for one small service. It will take him to Thunderdome… and beyond…
